Journaling is a therapeutic way to release excess thoughts and intense emotions. It provides an avenue to gain insight about your journey as a human on this planet. 

There is no wrong way to journal. Words, phrases, and even drawings can help us increase our awareness about our physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Once we become aware of thoughts and behavior patterns, we can begin to make better decisions and implement conscious changes.

During a private session or workshop, you may be asked to journal about the activities and your feelings about them. Here you will find helpful prompts to get you started on your journaling journey.
