Thai Yoga Bodywork combines elements of massage, yoga, and acupressure. It works to clear blockages in your body by applying a healing touch to the affected pressure points. The technique of massage and stretching releases tension in the limbs and muscles promoting relief from pain and improvement in flexibility. Once these blockages are removed, energy will flow freely in your body. Energy that flows freely will improve ailments and increase your overall physical and mental health.​

Self-Care Planning Sessions

Self-Care planning sessions are great for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life, but is unsure of where to start. Together, we can work on goal setting and creating a plan that makes sense for you.
All sessions are virtual, using Facebook Video Chat or Zoom.

Each Self-Care planning session includes:
  • 30-minute initial one-on-one video chat,
  • a questionnaire to help discover your intentions, interests, strengths, and doshas, if interested in adding Ayurveda recommendations.
  • a detailed printable Self-Care Plan with suggestions for moving toward your goals
  • a Progress Calendar to keep you accountable and on track
  • 15-minute follow up video chat to check progress one week later.
Sessions must be purchased in advance. You'll be contacted within 48 hours to schedule your session once you have completed your purchase.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Self-Care Planning session, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Without 24 hour notice, you will forfeit your session. No refunds. You may transfer your session to someone else if you are unable to keep your appointment within 24 hours by providing their name and email address prior to the appointment time.

Online Yoga Nidra Training

Most of us do not get enough rest. As a culture, we're always connected, often stressed, and our nervous systems are constantly in a fight-or-flight, sympathetic state. Yoga nidra is an effective and efficient way to access the "rest and digest" parasympathetic state, which is where healing happens.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation. You do NOT have to be a Yoga Teacher to take this training. 4 hours of Continuing Education available for yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.

Based on the work Wild Women, Wild Voices by Judy Reeves, this online course is an opportunity to explore your Wild Woman Writing.

Each session includes a video with grounding and centering exercises to help your creative juices flow. You'll also receive journal prompts to help you open up and let your Wild Woman guide your pen. Once enrolled you can join our private Facebook group where you can share your work, ask questions, and support other Wild Women on this journey.

It is so important for women to be heard. This course is designed to help you find your voice and connect with the Wild Woman within.

Restorative yoga poses help us relax and rest deeply and completely, benefiting the body’s organ systems. Chair Yoga Training

Would you like to do yoga, but have difficulty getting down on the ground? Do you work with students, clients, or patients who can't get down on the floor due to age, weight, disability or inflexibility? Chair yoga can bring the benefits of yoga to those unable to take part in a traditional yoga class. ​

​Chair yoga is a modality that allows us to modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to anyone who sits for the majority of their day, cannot stand for long periods of time, or lack the mobility to move easily. While seated on chairs, we can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends, and mild backbends.​
