Explore the stories your body holds and gently release them.

In this 60-minute one-on-one session, you’ll be guided through a deeply personal and restorative journey into your body’s inner landscape. Held in a nurturing, judgment-free space, this experience invites you to listen to the subtle sensations, patterns, and signals that your body offers—each one a messenger from your inner world.
Through a blend of gentle somatic movement, guided breathwork, stillness, and intentional pauses for integration, we’ll explore:
  • The language of sensation — tuning into areas of tightness, holding, or numbness with curiosity.
  • Embodied storytelling — noticing what emotions, memories, or images arise through movement.
  • Grounding and unwinding — using micro-movements and rhythmic flow to soothe the nervous system.
  • Somatic inquiry — guided reflection prompts to support inner awareness and meaning-making.
  • Integration and rest — closing with restorative stillness and touch-based grounding (optional, based on your comfort).

Somatic Reawakening is a deeply nurturing 90-minute private session that blends gentle somatic movement with the healing touch of Thai massage. This session invites you to reconnect with the subtle language of your body—the sensations, rhythms, and signals that often go unnoticed in daily life.

The session weaves in Thai massage techniques such as gentle compressions, rocking, and stretching to open the body’s energetic pathways and support release without force. Between stretches and touch, you’ll be invited into moments of stillness and guided somatic inquiry, allowing space for integration and nervous system regulation.

Whether you're experiencing physical stiffness, emotional fatigue, or simply craving a softer way to reconnect with yourself, Somatic Reawakening offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the intelligence already within your body.

Thai Massage

​​Thai massage is a distinctive form of bodywork that combines acupressure massage with gentle stretching techniques. It is known for its rejuvenating effects, leaving clients feeling relaxed and revitalized.

Thai massage offers a range of therapeutic benefits, including increased flexibility, reduced tension, improved sleep, relief from arthritis-related discomfort, enhanced circulation, better digestion, rejuvenation, headache alleviation, and stress relief.


You have the option to receive your Thai massage on a mat on the floor or on a massage table, whichever you find most comfortable. No oils are used, and you’ll remain fully clothed in loose, stretchable attire. Unlike traditional massages where the therapist does all the work, Thai massage encourages your active participation in stretches and positions.

Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing like a t-shirt and leggings or sweats. Opting for long sleeves and pants will help you stay comfortable throughout the session. Some people tend to get cold in their legs and feet. If this is you, bring socks to wear. We will have blankets or a heating pad for your comfort upon request. 


Thai massage does not involve the use of lotions or oils, and you remain fully clothed. Additionally, you actively participate in the massage through stretches. Techniques include compressions, stretching, and gentle rocking.

Private Yoga

​Each private yoga session will look different based on your goals and health history.
 
Virtual private yoga is very convenient and for that reason the benefit can outweigh any drawbacks of not being able to be together in person. I have set up my virtual studio to be able to observe your practice and alignment with almost as much detail as in-person private sessions.

​Whether you are meeting with me in-person or virtually, you will receive much more personal attention and support than you would in a group class in addition to the accountability of having me hold the time on the calendar, ready to guide you and to make sure you are showing up for your yoga practice.
