Awakening: Journal prompts for conscious living
- Each morning as we awaken, we have the opportunity to begin our lives anew, with a fresh perspective gained from what we learned the day before. The beginning of each new year represents a special opportunity to awaken to a new level of awareness, with all the wisdom we have gained from the previous year's experiences. Take a moment to think about the previous year. Choose one or two events that stand out that have changed you in some way and write about them. Describe the events in detail and then write the lessons you learned and how you can use that wisdom to move forward into the new year.
- Honor yourself. You are unique. You are a valid and special part of the universe. You are important. You are here to create in your own way, a way like no one else can. Write about your special contributions to the universe.
- What do you want? By getting in touch with what we truly want, we can begin to create it. What are 3 action steps you can take to move toward what you truly want?
