Non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your spot. Remaining balance is due by March 1, 2018. We accept cash, check, and credit.
If we do not meet our minimum number of 10 participants, we will cancel this retreat and you will receive a full refund. If we do meet the minimum number of 10 participants, there will be no refunds. If you are unable to make it at the last minute, you will receive a 100% credit towards a future Wise Owl Wellness class, event, training, or retreat.

About your retreat leader: Kristy Harvey is a movement educator, writer, and public speaker on topics of mindfulness, work - life balance, and living vibrantly. Her book, Mindfulness On the Move, gives suggestions on how to find stillness through movement. She is a Brown Belt Nia Practitioner and an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor and Trainer.
Kristy is the former Administrative Director of the Mindfulness Center at the University of Virginia. In 2010, she developed and implemented a clinical trial at the University of Virginia Cancer Center to study the effect of the Nia Technique among women treated for breast cancer. In 2011, she started a Restorative Yoga program for breast cancer survivors and caregivers at the UVA School of Nursing.
Kristy has helped hundreds of people learn new ways to find happiness at work and at home. She currently lives in Tucson, AZ.
