Step Into Your Dharma

Picture
Step Into Your Dharma aims to provide a foundation for anyone who is seeking the yogic path as a way of life, whether or not there is an interest to teach yoga. It is also an opportunity to work with yoga teachers in a way that helps them to unlock the teacher within, to reconnect to their teaching and to connect to their unique voice.

For those who are seeking to find balance at home, work, or in life, yoga offers unique gifts to shine light on the path of least resistance. The human experience is one of suffering, and we tend to make things more difficult than they need to be. Yoga principles and teachings can be the catalyst for change and ultimate transformation, not just physically, but energetically, mentally, and emotionally.

Navigating the world as a yoga teacher can be HARD. While we have a passion for sharing the practice, figuring out how to apply for jobs, how to sequence, how to find our niche, how to keep our personal practice alive, how to stay fresh and creative, how to practice the 8-limbs, how to (insert your unique needs and questions here). The path of a yoga teacher is one of discovery but, like all explorers, sometimes a really good navigation system helps.

That’s where we come in: Step Into Your Dharma offers an opportunity to have a one-on-one mentorship on your yogic path, whether or not you are a yoga teacher. This is a program designed to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go. With several levels of commitment available to choose from, you will connect to yourself, your teaching, and your practice in a way that is meaningful for you.
