Labor Day Restorative Yoga Class
Give your body a rest this Labor Day.
Restorative Yoga not only relaxes the body, it calms the mind and restores your spirit.
We all work hard. Take time to rest.
No experience necessary. Restorative yoga is a restful practice that allows the body to deeply relax. We use props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to fully support the body as we hold the poses for 5-15 minutes.
Wear comfortable clothes. You may want to wear light layers or bring a sweater and socks, since we will not be generating any body heat, and it's important that we stay warm and comfortable.
Space is limited to 7 participants, so registration is required to hold your spot.
