Through mindful awareness, breathing exercises, gentle yoga, and mantras, we can ease emotional pain so that you can restore your sense of self-worth and increase the JOY in your life.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. Plan on attending both sessions for the best results. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one. We have a few to lend.
