Session 1: Awareness & Grounding

Theme: Coming Home to Your Body

Focus: Cultivating present-moment awareness

Practices:

  • Guided body scan to notice tension and ease
  • Breath awareness exercises for grounding
  • Gentle, mindful movement to awaken proprioception


Session 2: Release & Letting Go

Theme: Creating Space

Focus: Releasing stored tension and habitual patterns

Practices:

  • Somatic stretches and gentle joint articulation
  • Myofascial release through slow, conscious movement
  • Shaking, undulating, or fluid movement to encourage release


Session 3: Flow & Embodiment

Theme: Moving With Intuition

Focus: Connecting to natural movement patterns

Practices:

  • Freedance or guided improvisation
  • Exploration of spirals, reaches, and weight shifts
  • Using music to awaken rhythmic and intuitive flow


Session 4: Emotional Resonance
