Chakra Balancing Yin Yoga
Join Anni K. for a Chakra Balancing Yin Yoga series in September.
Yin Yoga slows us down and asks us to stay a while in each pose. When we take the time to hold poses longer, stress and tension that we've been holding on to just melts away. This gives the fascia (connective tissue) time to release and creates space in our joints for improved flexibility and greater ease of movement.
Poses will be held 2-7 minutes. During that time, we connect with our breath and allow our bodies to relax and rest deeply into each pose. Breathing techniques (Pranayama) will be introduced.
This series is suitable for all practice levels, from beginner to advanced.
Class size is limited to 7 students.
Registration is required for each class. No drop-ins.
