Do you have difficulty sleeping? Insomnia affects nearly half the population, yet many do not know how to get a good night's sleep without medication.
Join Kristy for a relaxing and restful practice that includes guided meditation (Yoga Nidra), sound healing, and hot herbal tea.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Limited to 30 participants. The first 10 people to register will also receive a complimentary copy of Kristy's E-Book Yoga for Better Sleep.
