This workshop is for anyone who is curious about meditation or is looking to begin a meditation practice. Beginners are welcome!

- Definition of meditation
- Benefits of practice
- Formal and informal meditation practices
- Breathing techniques
There will be time for learning, practice, and reflection. 3 hours Continuing Education available for yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.
