Yoga On the Ball Training
Learn how to get a full-body workout using a Stability Ball. Yoga On the Ball increases strength and improves balance. Great for seniors, pre/postnatal, or anyone who wants to strengthen the core in a fun way.
Certification to teach Yoga On the Ball classes is available upon completion of the program. 10 hours of Continuing Education available for yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance. You do NOT have to be a yoga teacher to enroll.
