With 4 pre-paid sessions, you can schedule all of your sessions at once with priority scheduling. A package makes sessions affordable so that you can get the services you need on a regular basis to maintain optimal wellness.

Package Options:

  • Essential Package: 4 30-minute sessions (all prepaid) 30 minute sessions are great for Gentle Touch Therapies (Cranial Sacral / Reiki) or 1 Focus Area for Thai Massage Sessions. This package can also be used for Coaching sessions either in person or on ZOOM.
  • Standard Package: 4 60-minute sessions (all prepaid) This package can be used for Private Yoga, Thai Massage, Gentle Touch Therapies, or any combination of services to customize your experience. Private Yoga and Coaching sessions can be in person or on ZOOM.
  • Optimal Package: 4 90-minute sessions (all prepaid) This package can be used for Private Yoga, Thai Massage, Gentle Touch Therapies, or any combination of services to customize your experience. Private Yoga can be in person or on ZOOM. This packages also includes unlimited additional 60 minute sessions at the reduced rate of $50 each for 1 month after purchase.
  • VIP Package: 4 120-minute sessions (all prepaid) This package can be used for Private Yoga, Thai Massage, Gentle Touch Therapies, or any combination of services to customize your experience. Private Yoga can be in person or on ZOOM. This packages also includes unlimited additional 60 minute sessions at the reduced rate of $50 each for 1 month after purchase. The VIP package also includes a 15% discount on Wise Owl Wellness Events and Retreats for 6 months after package purchase date.


Other package benefits:

  • One package covers the entire household. Share with your spouse/partner, children over the age of 10, or other family members.
  • You may gift your pre-paid sessions to someone who is not a family member or does not live in your household.
  • Priority scheduling. Book all of your pre-paid sessions up front. No penalty for rescheduling any appointments as long as you provide 24 hours notice of appointment change or cancellation.


Policies:

  • All packages are paid in full.
  • Packages that include additional unlimited sessions at a reduced rate will receive the reduced rate until the last day of the next month after the last pre-paid session is used. Example, last prepaid session is on March 5th and discounted sessions remain in effect until April 30th.
  • Package does NOT automatically renew. If you wish to renew your package, you'll repeat this entire process when you are ready to renew.
  • No refunds on packages. Packages are transferrable. In the event that you no longer wish to receive sessions, you may transfer your remaining sessions to another person at no charge. You will no longer receive special reduced pricing after sessions are used, even if it originally included an extra month of 60 minute services after the last prepaid session is used.
  • Cancellation / No Show Policy: Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice or No Show results in forfeit of one pre-paid session. If you have no remaining pre-paid sessions, you will be billed for the amount of the session at the Reduced Rate of $50.
  • Late Arrival: If you are late for your appointment, you will receive the remainder of your session time. If the therapist is late for your appointment, you will receive your full appointment time and a voucher for a free enhancement at your next appointment.
