Compassionate Yoga meets you where you are. Whether you are a true beginner and brand new to yoga, or if you're coming back to your practice after some time away, this gentle, trauma-sensitive class is for you.
This series is suitable for all practice levels, from beginner to advanced.
Class size is limited to 6 students.
