Slow Flow yoga meets you where you are. Whether you are a true beginner and brand new to yoga, or if you coming back to your practice after some time away, this class is for you. Each movement will be connected to the breath for a mindful movement experience.
This series is suitable for all practice levels, from beginner to advanced.
Class size is limited to 6 students.
Registration is required to reserve your spot.
