Chair Yoga - Single Class
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga using the chair as the main prop. Most of the postures are done seated while some postures are done standing, using the chair for support.
This series is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Class size is limited to 6 students. Social distancing will be maintained. Masks are optional for vaccinated participants.
Registration is required. No drop-ins.
