ZOOM Only each week for approximately 30 - 45 minutes
Thursdays at 5pm AZ & Pacific Time / 7pm Central / 8pm Eastern
Follow up at 1 month on December 8, 2022

- The Nourish program includes:Pre-plan assessment of inflammation symptoms
- 8 weekly ZOOM coaching calls packed with nutrition information, check-ins from participants, tips for success, and Q&A time (Thursdays at 5pm AZ time, beginning September 15)
- Members Only access to Website portal with downloadable materials, videos, recipe booklet, and more
- Private Facebook Group for continued support, research articles, cooking demos, grocery lists, recipes, cooking competitions (friendly, of course), and more!
- Suggestions for Eating Mindfully and Mindful Eating Meditations to practice
- Follow Up ZOOM coaching calls at 1 Month and 3 Months after completing the program
- 3 one-on-one ZOOM coaching calls (30 minutes each) to support you with your individual needs.
The program is 100% online, so you can join from anywhere. If you can't make a live ZOOM call, they will be recorded so you can catch the replay as your schedule allows.
