Join us at El Conquistador, a Hilton Resort, as we celebrate World Yoga Day with a half-day immersive experience inspired by the quiet power and beauty of the Sonoran Desert. This thoughtfully curated morning weaves together mindful movement, breath, rest, and community connection—honoring yoga as both a personal and collective practice. Participants will journey through grounding sunrise flows, steady strength practices, restorative rest, and meaningful reflection. With time to hydrate, journal, and connect, this celebration invites practitioners of all levels to move with intention, listen inward, and rest deeply. Rooted in nature and guided by wisdom, this World Yoga Day gathering offers space to slow down, reconnect, and radiate from within.

7:00 – 7:30 AM Arrival / Intention Setting
7:30 – 8:15 AM Desert Dawn Yoga Flow
8:15 – 9:00 AM Strength of the Saguaro Grounding Flow
9:00 – 9:30 AM Community Connection Circle + time to Hydrate and enjoy snacks
9:30 – 10:15 AM Oasis Within: Yin/ Restorative
10:15 – 11:00 AM Echoes of the Earth Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing
11:00 – 11:30 AM Closing Circle


Complimentary for Resort Guests and Members.
$35/person for General Public

 
  • Water, Tea, and light snacks are provided. Please bring any snacks or beverages you may need.
  • Bring a yoga mat and any props you may need to be comfortable. We will have some mats to lend. Chairs will also be provided for anyone who wishes to practice while seated.
  • Please dress in light layers and wear sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen). There will be some shade, but mostly we will practice in the sun.
  • If it rains, we will move the retreat inside.
