In observance of the International Day of Nonviolence, we will enjoy a peaceful Yin Yoga practice that incorporates a Lovingkindness meditation. Ride the sound waves of the Crystal Singing Bowls deeper into stillness. We will conclude our time together with consumption of ceremonial Cacao.
We have mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets to share. Feel free to bring your own props to make yourself comfortable.
