New to Pilates? Choose a 30 minute session to become familiar with the machine. 30-minute sessions are also great for target area workouts.
Deepen your practice with a full 60-minute private Pilates Reformer experience. This one-on-one session provides a comprehensive, body-balancing workout that builds strength from the inside out. With a focus on breath, core control, and functional movement, you’ll leave feeling longer, stronger, and more aligned—both physically and mentally.
