RETREAT Includes:
1. Opening Circle & Intention Setting
We begin in community, grounding into the space with mindful breath and a guided check-in. You’ll be invited to gently turn inward and set a personal intention for your day of restoration.
2. Restorative Yoga Practice
Sink into the softness of long-held, fully supported postures using props, blankets, and bolsters. Each pose is designed to unwind tension from the body and recalibrate the nervous system into a state of parasympathetic healing. Slow breathwork and poetic imagery guide you into spacious stillness.
3. Partner Thai Yoga Massage Exchange
In a guided and accessible session, you’ll both give and receive elements of traditional Thai Yoga Massage, which blends gentle stretching, rhythmic compression, and mindful touch. No experience or partner is needed—you’ll be matched with a fellow participant if attending solo.
4. Nourishing Anti-Inflammatory Lunch
A seasonal, plant-based meal designed to reduce inflammation and support digestion. Expect vibrant whole foods—like turmeric-spiced quinoa, roasted root vegetables, healing broths, fresh herbal teas, and more—served with love and intention.
5. Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Journey
After lunch, settle into supported savasana for a blissful Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep") practice. This guided meditation leads you through layers of awareness into deep subconscious rest. While you rest, immerse in the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and subtle soundscapes designed to harmonize your energetic field.
6. Closing Tea Ceremony
We close the retreat with a heart-centered tea ceremony. Sip slowly on a warm herbal infusion as you integrate your experience. You may choose silent reflection or participate in a light sharing circle to honor your journey and set intentions for your return to daily life.
