Blue Moon: From Movement to Stillness
Under the luminous energy of the Blue Moon, join us for a nourishing evening of gentle movement, deep rest, and soulful connection. This 90-minute experience is designed to help you release what has grown heavy, reconnect to your inner rhythm, and soften into the quiet wisdom of the moon.
We begin with Moving to Stillness, a series of gentle moon salutations that invite fluidity into the body and calm into the mind. From there, the practice gradually melts into a grounding yin yoga journey, where longer-held postures encourage surrender, opening, and deep energetic release. Throughout the evening, conscious breathwork will guide you inward, creating space for clarity, reflection, and renewal.
As your body settles, you’ll be carried into a guided moon meditation followed by an immersive sound healing journey, allowing the vibrations to wash through the nervous system and bring the body into profound rest.
We’ll close the evening with warm herbal tea and space for optional community sharing, offering a gentle way to integrate the experience before returning home.
