Self Care Planning Session
Self-Care planning sessions are great for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life, but is unsure of where to start. Together, we can work on goal setting and creating a plan that makes sense for you.
All sessions are virtual, using Facebook Video Chat or Zoom.
Each Self-Care planning session includes:
- 30-minute initial one-on-one video chat,
- a questionnaire to help discover your intentions, interests, strengths, and doshas, if interested in adding Ayurveda recommendations.
- a detailed printable Self-Care Plan with suggestions for moving toward your goals
- a Progress Calendar to keep you accountable and on track
- 15-minute follow up video chat to check progress one week later.
Sessions must be purchased in advance. You'll be contacted within 48 hours to schedule your session once you have completed your purchase.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your Self-Care Planning session, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled time. Without 24 hour notice, you will forfeit your session. No refunds. You may transfer your session to someone else if you are unable to keep your appointment within 24 hours by providing their name and email address prior to the appointment time.
