Wild Women Dance - A 2-Part Workshop
Dance has a way of moving emotions through the body. In 2nd part of this series, we will allow ourselves to connect with our inner Wild Woman and express ourselves with guided movement. Afterwards, we will move into stillness and allow inspiration to flow from our pen onto paper. Whatever comes will come. Write whatever moves you in your diary.
- No experience necessary. Open to womenages 18+.
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. We dance barefoot.
- Bring a water bottle.
- We start on time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for parking and getting settled in the space.
