Are you curious about the Nia Technique? This workshop series will dive deeper into the experience of Nia, so that you can get more out of your classes.
This workshop series is for:
- Nia Teachers who would like a refresher course on incorporating the 13 principles into your classes
- Nia Students who want to know more about the Nia Technique, but are not ready to take the White Belt Intensive
- Anyone who wants to experience movement that is pleasurable to the body, calming to the mind, and soothing to the soul
Come find your JOY as we explore all 13 of the White Belt Nia Principles! All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and a love of movement. We dance barefoot and it's best if you wear clothing that you can move easily in.
Each session will include a 30 minute discussion of each principle, followed by a Nia class.
