Katy Rose, Owner of You Can Yoga, Too!
You can yoga too was created to bring yoga to all the folks who may not fit the mold. We are the misfits of the yoga world. We aren’t always pretty. We are not all straight, white, young affluent gymnasts. We are real people who need to move, to breathe and to feel better. Let me be your guide as we try to navigate this modern world with less pain, less stress and more fun. Everyone is reaping the benefits of Yoga these days and now You can yoga too!
