Breathe: Applied Breathwork

We often take breathing for granted, but most of us do not know how to do it properly or efficiently. What if you could learn to breathe a little bit better?

Breath work is a powerful technique for self-healing. By practicing some easy techniques, you will notice immediate and profound shifts in your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Learning to breathe effectively can improve the quality of your entire life!

In ZOOM sessions, we will:
* explore the foundations for effective breathing
*learn 10 breathing techniques that you can start using immediately
*learn the correlation between our breath and our emotions
*experience stress reduction in 5 minutes or less!

This course is open to anyone who would like to learn how to improve their wellbeing with focused breath work. You do NOT have to be a yoga teacher to participate in this course.

*If you are currently enrolled in our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Training, you are automatically enrolled in this course. You do not need to register separately.
