Radical Restorative Yoga Training
Most of us do not get enough rest. We could all use more rest. Learn how to lead a relaxing restorative yoga session for yourself or others. Using props, (blankets, bolsters, blocks, chairs, straps, and even the wall) we will create relaxing shapes that allow the body to rest so that the mind can rest.
Step up your Restorative Yoga game with some fresh twists on old favorite poses. Learn some new, more advanced Restorative poses with clever propping using blankets, bolsters, blocks, chairs, straps, and more!
