Chakra Balancing Yoga Workshop

Learn about the 7 major chakras and how to balance them using movement, sound, and journaling. Workshop includes pranayama (breath work), yoga, relaxation, and meditation. We will discuss how to recognize an imbalance in each chakra and how to bring them back into balance.

This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels and beginners are welcome! You do NOT have to be a Yoga Teacher to participate in this workshop. 2 Continuing Education hours are available for Yoga Teachers through Yoga Alliance.
