South of Salzburg in the Stunning Dachstein mountains is our summer alpine retreat. We are in Altenmarkt, a traditional Alpine village dedicated to Alpine holidays both summer and winter. Summer in the mountains is wonderful, and there is so much to see and do.
Your retreat leaders: Kristy Harvey, E-RYT500, YACEP, and Owner of Wise Owl Wellness, based in Tucson, AZ. Tracey Hinsby, Nutrition and Wellness Coach, Alpine Hiking Guide, and Owner of Haus Kienreich, based in Austria. Sample Daily Schedule:
8 - 9am - Group breakfast 9 - 10am - Group workout and discussing the day 10am - 3pm - Getting out into the mountains, take a packed lunch. Have a topic for discussion while walking/biking and on breaks 3 - 5pm - Free Time! 5pm - Group helps prepare Dinner for everyone 6pm - Dinner 7pm - Evening Session or Optional Private Sessions / Thai Massage 9pm - Social / Free Time Included for $1995 USD: 5 nights private room accommodation, all meals (mostly vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free), airport transportation, daily yoga/meditation/movement classes, wellness workshops, nutrition education, mountain hikes with an experienced guide, one overnight stay in a hut by the lake. Optional excursion to Salzburg, Sound of Music tour, private coaching sessions, and Thai Yoga Bodywork sessions will also be available for an additional cost. Flights are not included. Fly into Salzburg, Austria. $500 deposit secures your spot with the remaining balance due by April 30, 2024. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason:
Full refund minus $150 if cancelled before December 31, 2023. Full refund minus $300 if cancelled January 1 - April 30, 2024. NO REFUNDS after May 1, 2024. |
