Meditate in May
This beginner meditation series will help you become familiar with sitting quietly and tuning in to your body's sensations.
Each day, the amount of time spent in meditation will increase by one minute. Day 1 = 1 minute, Day 2 = 2 minutes, and so on.
By the end of 21 days, you will have incorporated mindfulness meditation into your daily life one minute at a time until you have a regular daily practice.
