A 12-Week exploration into Mindful Eating designed for anyone who is interested in learning how to apply mindful practices to eating and bring more awareness to nourishing the body. This is NOT a diet or weight loss program. This program will teach you how to apply mindfulness practices while exploring your relationship to food and eating habits.
Certification is available for anyone who would like to facilitate Mindful Eating groups. You do not have to be a yoga teacher to enroll. Online learning means you can join us from anywhere in the world! Learn:
