Welcome home to YOUR yoga practice. This program is designed to help you establish and maintain a steady home yoga practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or if you're returning to your practice after some time away, this program will help you feel right at home on your yoga mat.

- Practice Journal: Track your daily practice. Jot down your progress as well as your thoughts and feelings about your journey. Each day has a prompt which you can use or not. It also has space for you to write down how you're feeling that day for four weeks. When you've practiced with this program for four weeks, you may want to move on to a different program, or print out a new journal and begin again.
