Melt away deeply held tension by holding poses longer than usual. Yin yoga addresses the connective tissues of the body, which need a little more time to let go than muscular tension. Affirmations and breathwork are added to help you settle into the postures a little longer.
Whether you are a true beginner and brand new to yoga, or if you're coming back to your practice after some time away, this class is for you.
This series is suitable for all practice levels, from beginner to advanced.
