Embrace Transition

Autumn is a transitional season, straddling the ripeness of summer and the scarcity of winter. It's a time to slow down and regain balance in a rushed world. Fall is the time to contemplate our needs and create routines that encourage a sense of fullness.

Autumn is the perfect time for grounding into practices and habits that generate a sense of balance and harmony. Autumn requires us to find our footing and bravely dive inward, as we let old parts of ourselves fall away in preparation for the introspective season of winter to come.

Spend a day exploring the themes of duality, of light and dark. Learn how to find stability and balance even as the world keeps changing around us.
Day Long Retreat Includes:
  • Lunch, snacks, and beverages provided will be Anti-Inflammatory (no dairy, no gluten, no sugar, no processed foods). You will feel truly nourished from the inside out. Vegetarian and Vegan options are also available. There is a full kitchen, so feel free to bring what you need to be comfortable.
  • Workshops throughout the day are designed to move you through transition and finding balance. All workshop materials will be provided.
  • Mindful Movement sessions designed to help you integrate the work done in the workshops
  • Yoga and Meditation

  • Time for reflection and relaxation
Optional Rest Into Stillness event at 5:00 - 6:30pm
  • 90 minutes of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Bath
Investment:
  • $150 Full Retreat 9am - 6:30pm (Includes Rest Into Stillness event)
  • $125 Full Retreat 9am-4:30pm (does NOT include Rest Into Stillness event)
  • $45 Rest Into Stillness event ONLY (5:00 - 6:30pm)
