Mindfulness for Grief and Loss

An online course for understanding grief and moving towards healing.

You will learn:
  • New perspectives on grief and mourning
  • How to honor the grief journey for yourself and others
  • Difficult emotions that surface with grief
  • Mindful practices to help cope and process grief (Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation)
  • Rituals to aid in mourning
  • How to move forward with the “new normal”
This course is for anyone who is currently grieving or wishes to help others on their grieving journey. 10 hours Continuing Education available for yoga teachers through Yoga Alliance.

For those wishing to receive continuing education hours through Yoga Alliance, you will be required to submit final project.
